After spending some time in the morning meddling with the cube, I managed to get one full side of white. But the rest was still jumbled.
Decided to get some help, I googled my way and found this website.
http://www.wrongway.org/cube/solve.html
AWESOME! SIMPLY AWESOME!
It took me less than an hour with this incredible help to solve it.
Seems like I don't have to wait for 50 years before I can fulfill my challenge. Barely took me a day.
One has to simply map out the colours of their rubix cube on the layout given, click solve and *poof* a step by step guide to solve it.
But hey, there wasn't a hint of satisfaction in solving the cube with help. THEREFORE... I'm just going to try it out myself during my break.

The Rubix Cube
Don't ask what has gotten into me. I'm pretty much amused myself. The desire to solve this nemesis just hit me.
Fair enough. Knowing it would be almost impossible to fix the cube back into it's original state, I still decided to challenge myself. Pure Stubborn-ness.
I've been so "obsessed" with fixing the cube that I even checked up "how to solve" clips on youtube. Trust you me, I've been watching and watching till my eyes are crossed and I still don't get it. I think I'm more of a hands-on kindda person.
Anyway to add on to these madness, I'm going to give a regular update of my "progress". Let's just see how long before I'm able to break the code.
Well, I've just plucked up my courage and jumbled up the perfectly coloured 6 sided cube. I'd be counting the days till when I restore it back to it's original glory.
